Thank you for the article. I just returned from the Shepherds Conference and, encouraged by this article, have a renewed heart to build people up through the consistent teaching of doctrine. It doesn't need to be boring or divisive; the truth will set people free in Christ and bring about the true unity in the Spirit. The challenge for me is to prepare flavorful, spicy spiritual meals from the abundant pantry of God's Word.

This article is right on target. The Church has been in a war that it has not shown up for. Most Baptist pastors I know seem to think that if we ignore the devil, he will leave us alone.
